Kepner-Tregoe (KT), a global leader in problem-solving and decision-making methodologies, is pleased to announce that Andy Cook has been named Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective January 2025. Andy brings decades of leadership experience and an in-depth understanding of KT’s methodologies and values, having served as Chairman of the Board since 2011 and as a member of the Board of Directors since 2009.<\/p>\n
The transition follows the decision by long-time CEO Bill Baldwin to step down from his role. Bill will continue to contribute to KT as a special advisor to the CEO, bringing his nearly 30 years of knowledge and expertise to the company’s leadership team.<\/p>\n
